How often get you tracked by your phone? Say Hello to ARGUS EYES!
A Series of 28 pictures that emerged after I wrote down how often my mobile phone located me during one week (without asking me). Altough it´s nothing new anymore, I was quiet shocked about the amount of "Argus Eyes" staring at me during that short period of time. So I filled a whole room with observing pictures that follow the viewer on every step he/she makes to visualize that number of localisations and leave every single one with that uncomfy feeling of beeing observed.
BTW: How many apps are based on your phone that use your position when you open them? I found 15! XD Oootsch! Painful awareness! Really thought I would be more delikate with my data. But at the end it was an interesting experiment to track what tracks me for a while and also brought back the awareness of that topic.
And now have fun by beeing observed from the artworks below. ;)
